We interviewed Future Namacha, Communications Officer at Seibo Maria, our partner organization providing school lunch support in Malawi!
Many of the photos and activity reports from Malawi that we share are sent to our Japan team through Future.

Q. Please tell us about your role at Seibo.
A. As Communications Officer at Seibo Maria, I have the following responsibilities:
・Gathering information from schools for donors and internal use
・Creating content to spread awareness of Seibo's impact
・Deepening connections with stakeholders through social media management
・Preparing monthly reports
・Various fundraising activities
・Introducing the program to stakeholders
Q. Please tell us how you came to work at Seibo Maria and what motivates you now.
A. As a Christian, I was deeply moved by the biblical teaching to "feed the hungry." Working at Seibo allows me to fulfill this mission in a meaningful way. While I can only help a limited number of people on my own, as part of Seibo, I can make a significant impact on the lives of many people in need. My greatest motivation is seeing the wonderful effect school lunches have on the education of children from poor families. Knowing that our efforts give children hope and provide them with opportunities to learn warms my heart and inspires me to work even harder every day.
Q. Please share a message for our donors.
A. I am deeply grateful for your wonderful generosity and unwavering support. Your love and kindness toward the children of Malawi is beyond words. Your support nurtures their dreams, gives them hope, and empowers them to believe in their own potential and shape their futures. On behalf of all Seibo staff, I am grateful to walk this path together with you. I pray that God will richly bless you and reward your actions that are bringing change to so many lives.
